In 1970, Gazi Hage migrated to Australia and, having experience in building, construction and renovation, became determined to become a reputable builder. Starting as a cement renderer in Sydney’s East, he quickly developed a reputation for fine quality work. Years later, Gazi’s sons developed a keen interest in construction, learning all the skills their father had to offer. Fifty years on, GH & Sons is now three generations deep and is synonymous with high quality and trusted residential construction.
The GH & Sons brand puts the family at the forefront of the visual language across all touchpoints from the bold identity system to the black and white photography. Furthermore, the ampersand within the GH & Son’s name is utilised as a graphic element throughout the brand as it encapsulates everything that has been achieved in the context of the Hage family partnerships. This focus allowed the brand to tell a story about each member of the GH & Sons team and what they represent in the legacy of their founding father. The GH & Sons brand included an identity system, capabilities statement, stationery, website, copywriting, photography and video.
